As an Artisan Producer, good food is my life and my passion. I love playing with recipes both old and new, discovering new tastes and techniques.
I find the best and freshest ingredients come from your own garden so I grow as much as is practical.

The Green Apron is a small artisan preserve company run by Theresa Storey (with the assistance of her family.) We are situated in Derryclough, Ballingarry, County Limerick. We make a fabulous range of awardwinning homemade jams, marmalades, chutneys, ketchups, sauces, herb mixes, butters, mustards and pickles using secret family recipes. We also teach courses in kitchen gardening and smallholding. We have been producing and selling our products for over 30 years. Find us in The Milk Market in Limerick City every Saturday morning.
